Announcement: Bob McNellis Joins MediQuant as RVP of Sales

Independence, OH — MediQuant, a healthcare software company specializing in data conversion, application rationalization and AI-enabled data archiving, today announced that Bob McNellis has joined the company as Regional Vice President of Sales. Bob will lead MediQuant’s sales efforts across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona.
Bob joins MediQuant with more than 25 years of healthcare technology sales experience. He spent the bulk of his career at Cerner/Oracle Health as a Technology Sales Executive, responsible for both growing existing client relationships and establishing new accounts. He most recently served as an Account Executive at Get Well, focused on new logo acquisition in the patient engagement space.
“Bob has spent his career helping health systems in this region put the right technology in place to support patient care. That kind of relationship and market knowledge is hard to replicate,” said Patrick Doyle, Vice President of National Sales for MediQuant. “As health systems in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona work through EHR consolidations, M&A activity, and system retirements, Bob is exactly the kind of partner they need in their corner.”
For McNellis, the move represents a return to a familiar role: helping providers solve technology problems so they can focus on care delivery.
“I spent 25 years helping health systems bring new clinical technology online. Now I get to help many of those same organizations retire the systems they no longer need and protect the data inside them,” said McNellis. “It’s the other half of the same mission: giving providers one less thing to worry about so they can focus on their patients.”
McNellis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pittsburg State University and is based in the Kansas City metro area.
